As part of its efforts to raise awareness of photography books, France PhotoBook organizes professional workshops.
Since 2020, the number of photography book publishers has increased, yet the large audience seen at book fairs has not been met with a corresponding selection in bookstores or media libraries. France PhotoBook is offering a one-day program to raise awareness about photography book publishing for book industry professionals. The goal is to introduce participants to the unique medium of the photography book and to collectively explore ways to support readers.
For one day, professionals working to conceive, produce, distribute, and preserve photography books will come together to discuss and present their work, sharing their perspectives on this unique form of publishing.

Niort – September 18, 20
This event is presented by France PhotoBook, in partnership with the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Book, Film, and Audiovisual Agency (ALCA), the Niort Urban Area Media Library Network, and La Villa Pérochon.
It is organized in conjunction withthe exhibition dedicated to Lamaindonne publications, running from June 27 to September 9 at La Villa Pérochon.
