What makes this workshop at La Villa Pérochon so interesting is that it alternates between practice and analysis, in a spirit of sharing. Using examples, experiments and theoretical reflections, the workshop enables participants to question their artistic approaches. The workshop approaches photography in its entirety, as an image and as an object, to discover that hanging is a communicative work.

Xavier Ribot
Agrégé d’arts plastiques born in 1957 in the north of Sarthe. Xavier Ribot has organized numerous exhibitions since 1985, as a visual artist, organizer and scenographer, while continuing to work in the French Ministry of Education until 2017. He has been actively involved in the Pour l’instant association since 2012. He is co-founder of Ad verba en 2024, a publishing house dedicated to poetry.
