General meeting
of the Pour l’instant association
The Board of Directors of the Pour l’instant association (which manages the La Villa Pérochon art center) is pleased to invite you to the association’s Annual General Meeting, to be held on Saturday March 7 at 10am at the Villa Pérochon.
As the current by-laws are being rewritten in agreement with our public partners, you will be asked to wait until a new General Meeting at the end of May to elect a new Board of Directors. All information concerning this election will be communicated to you in due course.

1. Chairman’s 2025 moral report and director’s 2025 activity report
2. Auditor’s report
3. Approval of 2025 financial statements and allocation of income
4. Project 2026 and presentation of the projected budget 2026
5. Update on bylaws and postponement of Board elections
6. 2026 membership fees

Only members who are up to date with their membership fees may take part in votes, or give written proxy to a member of their choice (only one proxy per member).
