Guest of honor<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

From the glaciers of the Pyrenees to the foreshore of Finist\u00e8re, the exhibition presents photographer Gr\u00e9goire Eloy’s photographic exploration of geological, forest and seascapes over the last ten years. Climbingthe glacier on skis, spending the night in the forest or diving with his camera, Gr\u00e9goire Eloy shares with us an immersive experience of the natural landscape, lived like an initiatory rite. A way for the photographer to enter into the intimacy of the landscape.At the crossroads of documentary and experimentation, Gr\u00e9goire Eloy’s work mixes scales (from satellite photos to scanning microscopes) and techniques (documentary photography, photograms, cartography,scientific imagery…). In dialogue with scientists of matter and life, he seeks to understand the formation and evolution of matter and our environment.It is with what anthropologists call the “third nature”, that which manages to exist despite the degradation of the conditions of its subsistence, that Gr\u00e9goire Eloy now invites us to collaborate, in order to weave a new imaginary of the living and new links with beings and things. This exhibition was co-produced with Les Champs Libres<\/a> in Rennes and is accompanied by a book<\/a> published by Textuel with text by Michel Poivert.At the art center, Gr\u00e9goire Eloy will present an exhibition combining 7 series: La Faille<\/strong><\/em>, Les Deniquoiseaux<\/strong><\/em>, L’Aube<\/strong><\/em>, De Glace<\/strong><\/em>, Aster<\/strong><\/em>, L’Estran<\/strong><\/em> and La Parcelle<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n
