All information concerning this election will be communicated to you in due course. <br\/><br\/><br\/><strong>AGENDA:<br\/><\/strong><br\/> 1. Chairman&#8217;s 2025 moral report and director&#8217;s 2025 activity report<br\/>2. Auditor&#8217;s report<br\/>3. Approval of 2025 financial statements and allocation of income<br\/>4. Project 2026 and presentation of the projected budget 2026<br\/>5. Update on bylaws and postponement of Board elections<br\/>6. 2026 membership fees<br\/>7. Other business<br\/><br\/>Only members who are up to date with their membership fees may take part in votes, or give written proxy to a member of their choice (only one proxy per
