Carte blanche at Aline & Cie<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

For the opening act, we’ve given carte blanche to Niort-based improv company Aline<\/a>. As the photographers arrive in Niort and install their work, three actors plunge into the world of young international creation to bring you a playful and diverted version. For 24 hours, the artists will observe, listen, note, pencil… 24 hours of immersion in the Villa, followed by a performance to play with preconceived ideas, codes, clich\u00e9s and images! With Aur\u00e9lie D\u00e9sert, Igor Potoczny and S\u00e9bastien Coutant.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rubin Steiner<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

In addition to his electro-disco DJ sets, his pieces for contemporary dance performances and his accompaniment of musical readings, Rubin Steiner<\/a> has been composing on modular synthesizers for several years. He’ll be playing his brand-new album, due out this Saturday, April 18! An exploration of electronic worlds where we encounter the composer’s rich influences: jazz, exotica, krautrock, not forgetting the most danceable electro… <\/p>\n\n\n\n
